Refund Policy - the basics
RA50 offers coaching services, assessments, and wellness programs tailored for adults aged 50 and above. This Refund Policy defines the legal relationship between RA50 and its clients regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
Completed Services
Refunds are not offered for completed coaching sessions or assessments. We aim to provide clear expectations and high-quality service from the outset.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may result in forfeited fees. We understand that life happens, and we aim to be flexible where possible.
Dissatisfaction and Feedback
If you are dissatisfied with a service, we welcome your feedback. We will work with you to understand the issue and explore fair solutions. Our goal is to build trust through clarity, respect, and responsiveness.
Exceptions
