I am building RA50 to help adults aged 50 plus to rebuild strength, mobility, energy, and confidence in a safe and structured way.

Why I Created RA50
I saw how many people over 50 were training hard but not getting the results they deserved. Many were stiff, low on energy, and frustrated by plans that were not built for their bodies or their lifestyle.
RA50 exists to change that.
This is not about quick fixes or extreme workouts. It is about building strength that supports real life and progress you can actually sustain.

Where I Am Right Now
I am currently completing my Level 2 and Level 3 Personal Training qualifications with OriGym.
